Jerry Allen Newberry, 30 of Cave Spring, was arrested at the Dollar General on Dean Avenue after police said they found him in possession of methamphetamine.
Reports said that the meth was found inside a Newport box in his pants.
Newberry is charged with possession of methamphetamine.
