Robert Carl Smith, 44 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a large amount of methamphetamine.
Police said that they were dispatched to a home on Dayrl Road in response to a domestic altercation. While on the scene, officers stated that they found over 20 grams of meth.
Smith is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and probation violation.
