Justin Brion Williams, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week for stalking a woman that he previously attacked at the Outback Steak House.
Reports said that following his arrest in March he was told to not have any contact with the victim.
Officers stated that this week Williams went to the victim’s home and followed her in his vehicle. The victim told authorities that she was placed in fear of her safety.
Williams is charged with aggravated stalking.

Justin Brion Williams, 41 of Rome, was arrested after reports said he attacked a woman inside the Outback Steak House on Turner McCall Blvd.
Police said that Williams threw the victim to the ground in the area of the foyer before hitting her in the face.
The victim suffered visible injuries to the top left area of her head.
Williams is charged with battery.
