Crafton Lee Martin, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he went into a woman’s home while she was asleep. Reports added that Martin then stood over her, watching her sleep, before touching her vaginal area and kissing her on the neck.
The incident occurred on May 19th just after 7am.
Police added that Martin had previously been charged with aggravated stalking in 2013.
Martin is charged with first degree burglary, sexual battery, stalking and criminal trespass.
