A 37 year-old homeless Rome man, Jon Daniel Shepherd, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a home and then defecated in the bathroom.
Reports added that while inside the home Shepherd damaged the property.
Authorities went on to say that Shepherd left the feces in the toilet due to the home having no running water.
Shepherd is charged with criminal trespass and loitering.
