Makala Nicole Cockherham, 24 of Centre, was arrested in Rome this week after police said they found her in possession of a THC vape pen and under an ounce of marijuana.
Police added that she was taken into custody at the 3rd Avenue parking deck in Rome.
Cockerham is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of THC oil.
