Two Arrested After Police Find Stolen Gun, Drugs During Traffic Stop

Floyd County Police arrested Amber Brooke Swanson, 30 of Rome, and 43 year-old William Patrick Bradley, of Andrews, North Carolina, on various drug and theft charges following a traffic stop on West 1^st Stree.

Reports said that Swanson was stopped for not having working taillights.   During the stop, officers said that they found a stolen handgun, methamphetamine and marijuana.

Both are charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Swanson is additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine while Bradley is additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
