James William Whitaker Jr, 69 of Silver Creek, Carey Lamar Chisolm, 65 of Silver Creek, and Alicia West, 42 of Rome were arrested this week after police said they found them in possession of methamphetamine and Pregabalin.
The drugs were found during a traffic stop near the intersection of Maple and Hawthorne Roads in Lindale.
Whitaker was also found to have been driving under the influence during the stop.
West was also found in possession of syringes.
Chisolm is also accused of throwing pills and meth on the ground during the investigation.
Whitaker is charged with DUI, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a schedule V controlled substance.
West is additionally charged with possession of drug related objects and unlawful possession of drugs inside the jail.
Chisolm is charged with possession of meth, possession of a schedule V controlled substance, abandonment of dangerous drugs and probation violation.
