Ethan Alexander Hilburn,19 of Taylorsville, was arrested this week after a traffic stop on Chuilio road led officers to find various drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Reports said that after being charged with DUI, a search led police to find two alprazolam pills in his pocket, three THC cartridges, and a water bong that facilities the use of the THC.
Hilburn is charged with DUI, possession of a schedule I and IV controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
