Jerayus Lei Howard, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said that Howard pulled a gun on another person and then fired a shot at them.
The incident occurred at a home on Burnett Ferry Road back on April 12th.
Howard, this week, was also found in possession of marijuana and a gun at a location on North Division Street. Police said he was taken into custody just after midnight on Tuesday for both incidences.
Howard is charged with aggravated assault, possession of marijuana and two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
