Elizabeth Ann Blalock, 58 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said she failed to provide sanitary conditions to seven adult cats and two kittens.
Reports said that her actions caused the death of six of the animals.
Blaylock is charged with nine counts cruelty to animals.
