Cedric Donnell Floyd, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he cursed and yelled at the offices of Camco Services.
Police stated that two victims reported that Floyd was punching, screaming and cursing at them.
Floyd is charged with disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence.
