Denise Nachelle Crim, 30 of Dallas, was arrested in Rome after reports said she flashed her breast in public during an altercation on Woodcreek way.
Reports stated that Crim was holding two knives, clicking them together, while telling another woman to “come at me bit**”.
Crim is also accused of flashing her breast “in a lewd way”.
After arriving at the jail Crim allegedly refused to comply with officers. Crim is charged with public indecency, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and acts and four counts felony obstruction
