DeVeyon Ramon Weaver, 19, and Deshane Nadia Deriso, 18, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they were engaged in an altercation that resulted in them becoming physical.
Police said that Weaver punched the victim in the face, but did not include details on what Deriso did to cause physical harm
The incident occurred at their home on Chambers Street.
Both are charged with battery.
