Kailee Michelle Willingham, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she was found with drugs while being stopped for driving at a high rate of speed.
Officers said that they pulled Willingham over for driving 76 in a 55 zone. During the stop they found her to be in possession of marijuana and a glass smoking device.
Willingham is charged with speeding, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and speeding.
