Normal Contorno Moore, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly drugged women and then raped them.
Police said that the first incident occurred back on June 15, 2018. Arrest records stated that Moore supplied the victim with a beverage rendering her inability to consent to sex. He then had sexual relations with the woman while she was disorientated and unable to fend him off.
Moore again did the same thing to a woman on September 25th 2018.
Moore is charged with two counts of rape.
