Tony Dwayne Thacker, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to kill a Dollar General employee while throwing insults to the employee and manager.
Reports stated that Thacker stood outside the store and called the employees “bitches” and “cunts”.
Thacker is charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats and acts.
