Danny Eugene Lee, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he stole close to $4,500 in lottery tickets from the Tops Food Mart on Calhoun Avenue.
Police stated that Lee was employed at the store at the time of theft, which occurred between December 5 and December 10, 2021.
Lee is charged with felony theft by taking.
