Nico Minardos London, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he fought with police officers who were attempting to serve a warrant.
Reports stated that after allegedly running from officers when they caught up with him he attempted to start a fight.
London is charged with felony obstruction, obstruction of law enforcement and probation violation.
