Cody Christopher Ball, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine at the Lindale Community Church.
Reports said that Ball tossed the bag of meth in front of the church just after 2am on March 17th.
Ball is charged with possession of methamphetamine, abandonment of dangerous drugs, and probation violation.
