Nikolas Kyle Townsend, 31 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he stole two firearms from a home on Park Avenue.
Police said that Townsend stole a 9mm Canik TP9 SS Elite and an American Tactical AR15 in January.
Townsend is charged with felony theft by taking, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and probation violation.
