Chelsi Rena Nation, 27 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome after reports said she burglarized a house that was under construction on Mount Alto Road.
Police said that Nation went inside the home and stole numerous power tools. Reports added that the homeowner arrived on the scene while the burglary was being done and Nation fled after dropping the tools on the ground outside.
Nation is charged with first-degree burglary.
