Antarious Datrel Brown, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he patted a prosecutor on the shoulder after they told him “do not touch me”.
Reports went on to say that after being told not to touch them he again patted the prosecutor on the same shoulder while saying “good job”.
Brown is charged with simple battery against a law enforcment officer.
