Nicole Lee Hall, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after a report said she was found with drugs after stealing chocolate milk from the Circle k on North Broad Street.
Reports said that after stealing the milk officers found her in possession of suspected methamphetamine and cocaine.
The milk was valued at $1.79.
Hall is charged with felony possession of meth, possession of cocaine, and theft by shoplifting.
