Lanarius Zondrea Dupree II, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he tossed a handgun not knowing where he threw it while running from police.
Police added that Dupree tossed it after being “at a place that was not usual for law-abiding individuals”.
Dupree is charged with reckless conduct, obstruction, prowling and probation violation.
