A 40-year-old Rome man with a history of shoplifting, David Khain Adams, 40 was arrested again this week for stealing from Walmart. REports said that Adams this time stole a set of sheets from the West Rome store.
Police said that Adams scanned a bar code of an item valued at $1.04, passing it as a set of sheets, which was valued at $39.97.
Adams is charged with criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting.

David Khain Adams, 40 of Rome, was arrested at the East Rome Walmart after police said they found him in possession of methamphetamine while shoplifting over $500 in merchandise.
Reports added that Adams was also found with drug paraphernalia.
Adams is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and felony theft by shoplifting.
