Cody Lee Higdon, 25, and Kyle Timothy Higdon, 24, both of Kingston, were arrested this week after reports said they were found in possession of heroin and a hypodermic needle.
Officers added that Kyle was also found in possession of fentanyl.
Both are charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug related object.
Kyle is additionally charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
