A woman banned from the Waffle House, Angela Carla Green, 51 of Rome, was jailed this week after she refused to leave the establishment after numerous requests to do so.
Reports added that when officers were dispatched to the restaurant she then refused their commands to exit.
Police went on to say that while she was being placed under arrest she refused to follow commands and resisted arrest.
Green is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction.
