Dakota Stephen Brooks, 27 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he punched his pregnant girlfriend in the mouth.
Reports added that the victim suffered substantial physical harm to her mouth from the attack.
Brooks is charged with battery against a pregnant female and probation violation.
