Brian Manuel, 16 of Rome, is facing charges as an adult after he was arrested of raping and choking a child under the age of 16.
Reports said that acts occurred between August and December of 2021 at a home on McHenry Drive.
Manuel is charged with felony rape and aggravated assault.
