Amanda Grace Winn, 36 of Rome, was arrested on Shorter Avenue after a traffic stop for an out break light led officers to find a large amount of drugs.
Reports said that while stopped, a free air sniff by a K9 officer resulted in police finding a meth pipe, a bag of ecstasy pills, a bag of methamphetamine, a bag of marijuana and a marijuana grinder.
The items were located in a bag sitting on the passenger seat of the car.
Winn is charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV-controlled substance, possession/distribution of marijuana, drugs not in original container and possession of drug related objects.
