Marvin Holsey, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a 36 year-old woman and her property.
Police said that Holsey destroyed over $500 in property at 2209 Shorter Avenue.
He is also accused of stalking the victim.
Holsey is charged with battery, 2nd degree criminal damage to property and aggravated stalking.
