Ryan Keith Easterwood, 30 of Rome, was arrested after he allegedly locked himself inside a home on Maple Road in order to avoid being arrested.
Reports stated that Easterwood was wanted for previously driving with no insurance and in possession of an opened container of alcohol.
Easterwood is charged with obstruction of law enforcement, driving without insurance, driving on a revoked registration and open container violation.
