Jonathan David Wishard, 34 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine and oxycodone.
Police stated that they also found Wishard with a glass smoking device containing drug residue.
He was taken into custody at a location on MLK Road.
Wishard is charged with possession of meth, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
