A 20 year-old Rome man, Dylan Ladell Terhune, was arrested this week after he was found with cocaine during a traffic stop near the intersection of Coosa and South Broad Streets.
Reports said that Terhune was stopped for having a tinted covering over his license plate when officers found the cocaine.
Terhune is charged with possession of cocaine and illegal display of a license plate.
