Wesley Thomas Hardin, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to shoot a man during an altercation on Lavender Drive.

Reports said that Hardin wrecked his motorcycle and then left the scene of the accident before heading to the victim’s home and charged at him. It was there he told the 38 year-old victim that he would shoot him.

When officers arrived, Hardin attempted to flee the scene while offering violence to the officers.

Hardin is charged with two counts felony obstruction, two counts terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, failure to maintain lane, operation of an unregistered vehicle, driving on a suspended license, too fast for conditions, simple assault, obstruction and driving without insurance.
