Heather Maria Williams, 44 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she stole $20,000 worth of lottery tickets from her employer.
Police said that they took her into custody at a location on South Avery Road.
While arresting her, officers said, they found her in possession of methamphetamine.
Williams is charged with felony theft by taking, possession of methamphetamine and felony shoplifting.
