Holly Annette Dills, 34 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said she attempted to kick out a police officer’s window and beat her head on the window following her arrest for DUI.
Officers said that Dills proceeded to attempt to get out of the vehicle when they tried to prevent her from banging her head on the window.
She is also accused of telling police that she was going to “snap their neck”.
Dills is charged with DUI, felony interference with government property, obstruction and terroristic threats and acts.
