Jacob Dewyne Douglas, 32 of Silver Creek , was arrested this week after reports said he was stopped for not wearing a seatbelt and then found with gun and drugs.
Officers said that after stopping Douglas they found that he had been driving on a suspended license.
A search then led them to find crack cocaine, digital scales, syringes, firearm magazine, ammunition and a gun.
Douglas is charged with unlawful possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug related objects, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, seatbelt violation, and driving on a suspended license.
