Steve Lavelle Henderson,32 of Rome , was arrested this week after reports said he cut off his ankle monitor.
Reports stated that Henderson cut off his ankle monitor and then proceeded go to a home in which he had been ordered to stay away from.
Henderson is charged with criminal trespass and violation of bond.
