Carleigh Savannah Adams, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said stalked a boy and his parents at their home on Lindsey Drive.
Reports stated that Adams repeatedly contacted the victims with the “purpose to intimidate and harass them”.
Police said that Adams went to the victim’s home and held down on the horn while yelling abusive words toward them.
Adams is charged with stalking and disorderly conduct.
