Britney Moon Cook, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with a large amount of methamphetamine while conducting a drug deal on her cellphone.
Police said that they saw Cook sitting in her vehicle on the Loop facilitating the drug deal.
Police went on to say that a search led officers to find over 28 grams of meth
Cook is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking methamphetamine and use of a communication device for the commission of a crime.
