Maygan Dawn Little, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after a foot chase with police on Maple Road.
Reports said that officers pulled Little over for driving on an expired tag. While speaking with Little, officers said that they were informed that she had two active warrants for her arrest.
It was at that point Little jumped out of the car and fled on foot.
After being captured she then allegedly began to curse in front of others.
Little is charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, operation of a vehicle without a validation decal and two counts contempt of superior court.
