Gari Blake Reeves, 32 of Rome, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he attempted to arrange a drug deal.
Police said that Reeves used his cellphone to facilitate the sale of methamphetamine back on February 2 od this year.
Reeves is charged with use of a communication device to facilitate a felony and conspiracy to violate Georgia controlled substance act.
