Damien Donnell Thurston, 43 of Flowery Branch, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he got into the face of another man and then proceeded to threaten to kill him.
The incident occurred at a home on Chetau Drive.
Thurston is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
