Michael Eric Bowling, 47 of Rome, was jailed on drug charges following a traffic stop for a broken taillight.
Reports said that after being pulled over on Maple Road a search of his truck led officers to locate a marijuana roach in the ashtray along with a bag of methamphetamine and four hypodermic needles inside a backpack.
Bowling is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, possession of marijuana and improper tail light violation.
