Ramon Montrell Wright, 32 of Rome, was arrested after he told authorities “you might as well take me to jail because I am going to kill them.”
Reports added that Wright made the comment in retaliation against a petitioner for a family violence protection order.
Wright is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
