Austin Ray Cline, 26 of Dallas, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he was found with a loaded rifle and methamphetamine during a traffic stop for a broken headlight.

Police said that the meth pipe was found in his left pocket.

It was then determined that Cline was a convicted felon, which should have prevented him from having a gun.

Cline is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, seat belt violation, and headlight requirement.
