Najii Amore Harlan, 41 of Rome, was jailed this week after police said they found him in possession of methamphetamine..
Reports said that Harlan was being taken into custody on another warrant when they found a bag containing meth on him. He was also allegedly found with a glass smoking pipe in his pocket.
Harlan is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
