Tyler Jordan Brown, 26 of Hiram, was arrested this week after he was pulled over on Rockmart Road in Silver Creek for failing to maintain his lane of travel.
Reports said that after stopping Brown, they discovered that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
A search led them to find two open containers of alcohol, marijuana, and digital scales.
Brown is charged with possession/distribution of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, DUI, failure to maintain lane, open container.
